• We require a doctor's memo and the required IV antibiotics must be administered in a clinic/hospital first– it cannot be a new dose.
• The doctor's memo should indicate the type, frequency and the duration of antibiotics required, the type of venous access the client has for home eg. by PICCS or I/V cannula.
• The hospital/clinic must provide the client with all the required vials of antibiotics or heparin syringes for home.
  
  

• We offer mobile blood test services, however we do require the client to have the clinic/laboratory form ready so we know what type of blood investigation test is required.
• You can fax the laboratory form to us at 6604 7882 or indicate in the comment box under the online application form.
• We will transport the blood back to the relevant hospital/clinic. Our fees DO NOT include the blood investigation charges.

• We offer everything from post operative dressing to complex wound dressing eg. pressure ulcer dressing, diabetic food ulcer etc.
  
  

• For removal of post operative stitches and staples, a doctor's memo is preferred.
  
  

• Doctor's memo is required and medication needs to be obtained first.
  
  

• General post operative eye dressing
• Post operative dressing for eyelid wounds
• Eye lid scrubbing (lid hygiene)
  
• Eyelid stitches removal (doctor's memo required)

• We provide changing of stoma bags and dressing (clients are required to provide their own stoma bags/wafer).

• We provide private nursing with assistance on nursing services.

• Clients will be escorted to their destination by a registered nurse. This service may include updating the contact person, obtaining a doctor's appointment and medication and escorting the client home.

We provide these services to homes right across Singapore.
